A two-hour tour of the rock-hewn churches of San Nicola, San Gregorio, and Sant'Angelo. You will visit the splendid church of San Nicola, a destination for tourists from all over, and learn about its fascinating history, encompassing myth, legend, and religion. The tour continues with a visit to the church of Sant'Angelo, the only rock-hewn church in southern Italy, excavated on two levels. Finally, you will arrive at the church of San Gregorio, with its prestigious architecture and iconography. The tour includes: Meeting at the MOTTOLA (TA) INFOPOINT, travel to the sites by private vehicle, stopping near each church, and a short walk.
