Service Description

The tour includes a visit to the "Greek Walls," a site that preserves the only visible remains of the great megalithic city walls from the 4th century BC. The tour continues with a visit to the "Historic Center," known by its medieval name of "Schiavonia," built with local tuff and whitewashed with lime, typical of Apulian towns. Finally, the tour visits the 16th-century "Annunziata" chapel, where the fresco depicting the "Annunciation of the Virgin" is located in the apse. Tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
